Wooden windows from Poland, made to measure
RS Concept is a Polish window and door supplier with an office in Łomża. We supply timber windows made in Poland to your drawings, in pine, meranti or oak, and arrange delivery to your site anywhere in Europe. Send us a window schedule and you receive an itemised quote. Lead time for timber windows is from 1 month.
Supply only: installation is done by your own installer or contractor.

Timber species, profile depths and glazing
Our timber windows are built from laminated, glued timber: frames use 3 to 4 layers of wood and carry a four-layer protective coating. The main species are pine, meranti and oak; spruce is also possible. Say which species you prefer in your enquiry, and ask if you need FSC-certified timber.
- Profile depths: 68, 80 and 92 mm. As an example, the 80 mm profile takes glazing units of 34 to 44 mm.
- Glazing: double or triple glazed units, with a warm spacer bar and glazing bars (muntins) on request.
- Hardware: Winkhaus fittings, with opening types such as tilt-and-turn, side-hung, top-hung and fixed.
Thermal performance depends on the profile depth, the glazing and the spacer. We state the technical data for your exact configuration in the quote and don't quote generic figures.
Versions for new builds, renovation and insulated walls
- Standard timber windows for new builds and replacement of old windows.
- Renovation version: a 30 mm fin that covers the old frame, so the swap is quick and clean in houses, historic buildings and apartment refurbishments.
- Monobloc version: an insulated frame of 100, 120, 140 or 160 mm for walls with external or layered insulation.
- Dutch version (houtenkozijnen) for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- French "gueule de loup" style: an interlocking meeting stile with no fixed central mullion and traditional espagnolette locking, for heritage renovation.
- Wood-aluminium: timber inside and an aluminium cladding outside, so the weather side needs less maintenance.
The aluminium weather cap and handle come as standard on the renovation, monobloc and Dutch versions.
Colours, lazur and finishes
You can order timber windows with transparent varnishes, natural stains (lazur) or opaque paint in RAL colours. Typical choices run from white to olive, old gold and dark brown. A different colour inside and out is possible. Please give the colour or RAL code in your request; if you need a sample, ask us.
For developers, installers, architects and renovation
Most of our timber enquiries come from professionals. For multi-unit projects we price from your full window schedule, keep your item numbers in the quote and can deliver in phases to match the build programme. Installers get supply only and fit the windows themselves. Architects get technical data for the proposed profile with the quote. For renovation contractors the renovation fin is usually the deciding feature. See also our overview of windows and doors from Poland.

Frequently asked questions
Which wood species do you offer?
Pine, meranti and oak are the main choices; spruce is also possible. FSC-certified timber is available on request. Tell us the species and finish in your enquiry.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time for timber windows is from 1 month after the order and final sizes are confirmed. The exact date is given in your quote.
Can you replace old windows without removing the frames?
Yes, with the renovation version. It has a 30 mm fin that covers the old frame. Send us the existing window sizes and we propose the right profile.
What U-values do your timber windows reach?
That depends on the profile depth (68, 80 or 92 mm), the glazing and the spacer. We give the technical data for your configuration in the quote rather than a generic figure.
Do you install the windows?
No, we supply only. Installation is done by your own installer or contractor.
How does VAT work when buying from Poland?
For businesses with a valid EU VAT number, the supply is normally invoiced without Polish VAT and the buyer accounts for VAT under the reverse charge. For private customers the general rules apply. Iceland and Norway are outside the EU, so import VAT and customs apply there. The exact treatment is set out in your quote.
